We use Royal Mail for all UK and international deliveries.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours; please note due to order volumes during busy periods and sales, this may take slightly longer. Please take into consideration that the shipping time is on top of dispatching times.

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the delay in parcel delivery due to circumstances affecting the postage companies. If you have any issues or questions with your delivery, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

The below guide is generally how long it takes Royal Mail to deliver orders after they have been shipped. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the delay in parcel delivery due to circumstances affecting the postage companies. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from the date of order.

UK Standard Delivery: Ordrers are shipped with RM 24 Services. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date and may be left in a safe location. Please allow at least 4 working days should you need to contact customer service for tracking purposes.

International Standard Delivery (Europe): Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 3-8 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 10 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

International Standard Delivery (Rest of World):  Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 15-20 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 25 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.

International Customs Duties

All items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries.

Each individual country has different customs and duties charges, and in the event that these charges are enforced it will be the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel to pay these charges.

For USA customers, you will be charged the relevant duties and taxes when checking out and will not be required to pay any additional charges.

The relevant local authorities may not release parcels until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing an order.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday.. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email which includes a tracking number so you will be able track your parcel right to your front door.

I have ordered a pre-sale item, when should I expect it?

By ordering a pre-sale item, this item allows you to ensure you don't miss out on securing your favourite item (lucky you!). We will include the estimated dispatch date within the product description on the individual product page so you’ll know exactly what the game plan is.

Once your pre-sale item has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a conformation email notifying you that your order has been shipped and on its way to you!

If you order an item which is on a pre-sale, or if your order contains a pre-sale item, your order will not be sent out until all items in the order can be fulfilled together. Orders can’t be partially processed so if you would like all other items to be sent out before the estimated dispatch for pre-sale items, you will need to place them in a separate order.

Can I track my order?

You sure can! As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Keep in mind for some delivery services your tracking can take up to 24 hours to reflect your parcel's journey so don’t stress if you can’t see any movement straight away.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, no. Once you place your order, it is automatically inputted into our system so updates are not possible. Please take as much care as possible when entering your address.

What if my delivery is delayed or lost?

If you feel as though your parcel has taken longer than you thought to arrive, or if you believe it is lost/missing, please contact us. Our team will do its best to get in touch with the courier company to investigate the situation. In some instances, it may be easier for you to get in touch with the courier company if you know the tracking details. However, our goal will be to ensure you receive the items you paid for.

Can I Have My Order Delivered to a Different Address from my billing address?

Yes. Simply add an additional billing address during checkout.
