Promotional Terms & Conditions: Semi Finals #2 Ticket Giveaway

1. The Promoter
The promoter is t20shop.com, operated by Velocity Brand Management Limited, registered address: 167-169 Great Portland Street 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF

2. Eligibility
2.1. The promotion is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
2.2. Multiple entries are permitted; every unique transaction containing an eligible product counts as one automatic entry.

3. How to Enter
3.1. The promotion runs for 7 days, starting on Monday 22 June 2026 at 12:00 AM BST and closing on Sunday 28 June 2026 at 11:59 PM BST (the "Closing Date").
3.2. Entry is automatic upon purchasing any Hello Kitty and Friends product on t20shop.com within the promotional window.

4. The Prize
4.1. The prize is 2 tickets to the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 Semi Final #2 at The Oval Cricket Ground on the 2^nd of July, 2026.
4.2. Travel, accommodation, insurance, and food/beverage expenses are not included.
4.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid purchase and postal entries on Monday 29 June 2026 via an independent random computer generator.
5.2. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address linked to their t20shop.com order) within the same day of the draw.
5.3. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. If an eligible Hello Kitty & Friends purchase is fully refunded or cancelled before the draw, the corresponding entry will become void.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1. Personal data provided during purchase will be processed in accordance with the t20shop.com privacy policy and used solely to administer this draw.
